Amelia’s Thursday Thoughts: September 11, 2008

Mom is somewhat somber today – she told me to keep lots of families in my thoughts as something terrible happened 7 years ago.  She remembers watching it unfold and hopes I won’t have to see something like that happen and hopes to keep me safe.  She gave me a really really big hug and kiss this morning.

I’m going to leave my thoughts at that today – I’ll ask that everyone pray according to their beliefs not only in memory, but in hope for the future as well.

    I was really emotional thinking back on the events as well last night and couldn’t sleep. Hopefully our children will never have to see something like that happen again. See you at tennis this weekend!
