Amelia Takes On the World

Hey friends,

Its been a rough week for me - I have a virus.  I cough and look so pitiful.  I do seem to be getting over it though so hopefully we’ll have a good weekend.

Over the weekend I started to do lots of cute things because it pleased my parents so much.  We worked on itsy bitsy spider and I try to do the spider with my hands, I know where my head is and I’m learning nose and belly.  I’ve blown kisses a couple of times and I’m better at signs for all done and eat.  I know a couple other signs but I get them confused and combine them - so my parents are sure if I’m saying stop help or hurt…

At daycare, one of the teachers heard me say ‘no’ very clearly with finger pointing and all - and I like to call outside ’sta’ - I want to go ’sta’. I have a bunch of words for things, but no one understands me!

This weekend we are going to a book signing by a few of the mommy bloggers my mom loves to read - and we have music class.  We are hoping for good weather so I can have lots of ’sta’ time.
